Hi!   Gia here and boy do I have a story to tell you.  You see, I was out minding my own business down in southwest Virginia, running stray when I was picked up by some nice folks and taken to the shelter where it was noisy but it was warm, I got fed and the people there were very nice to me.  What I found out is that there are so many dogs and cats that roll into the shelter, sadly there aren't enough kind people to adopt us, the shelter runs out of space to hold all of us and then, well, I had heard that some just don't make it out of the shelter.  Do you believe in angels and that they watch over you to keep you safe?  I do now.  Apparently some really nice folks at the shelter and this lady Anita were trying so hard for two weeks to find a rescue to help get me safely out of the shelter and save my life.  They said it was because I am such a good girl, I do love all people and I really like other dogs too.  Anita contacted several rescues including All Mutts Matter (AMMF).  AMMF posted my picture on Facebook and another angel named Lottie answered the call that everyone was waiting for.  She agreed to foster me in Delaware until a forever family can be found.  I am so grateful to all of these wonderful angels and will be the best dog ever.  I will be arriving in Delaware on March 6 and will report back when I get settled in.  In the meantime, if you are looking for a snuggle bug who loves to curl up in your lap, play with other dogs, go for walks and is calm and well-behaved while inside your home, well, look no further.  I am your girl.  Go to www.allmuttsmatter.org and fill out an application which is located under the 'Adoption Info' tab.    Thanks so much for reading my story and I really hope to hear from you soon.  Luv, Gia.
