Well hello there!  I'm a young, single girl looking for a kind and furever family.  I'm about a year old and I am very kind, gentle and sweet.  I ride very well in the car and I'm house trained.  I have all of my shots and will be spayed and microchipped very soon.  I love to be with other dogs and people too.  I'm not too crazy about being in a crate and will fuss a little but then I settle down.  I will shortly be getting a new hair doo.... so stay tuned for the glamour shots that will be posted soon.  If I sound like your kind of girl, please fill out an adoption application at www.allmuttsmatter.org located under the 'Adoption Info' tab on the left.  Thanks for reading about me and I really hope to hear from you soon.  Below is our adoption process:

1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;

2. All other applications that have been submitted on Lexi will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);

3. Schedule a home visit; and

4. Adoption is finalized when the best-fitting home is found for Lexi. If you have young children and/or other pets and everyone gets along, Lexi will be able to stay at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period. If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized. Our adoption fee for Lexi is $295.00.
