Update: Miss Emily is definitely house trained and just one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. She loves attention but doesn't demand it. She likes to hang out with other dogs but is fine being by herself too and loves to toss toys around in such a cute way.
Hi! I'm Emily and don't you think I'm cute? I'm only about 23 pounds and look like a small lab. How neat is that? I look like a lab and I'm small and compact. I'm a little shy when I first meet you but once I know you I am sweet and kind. I am house and crate trained and ride well in the car. I get along with other dogs and people of all ages. I'm spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on my shots and wormed. I would like a new family who will show me that life can be fun and people who will love me and show me guidance to build my confidence. If you are interested in adopting me, please go to www.allmuttsmatter.org and fill out an adoption application located under the 'Adoption Info' tab on the left. Thanks a bunch for reading my story and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Hugz, Emily. Our adoption process is below:
1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;
2. All other applications that have been submitted on Emily will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);
3. Schedule a home visit; and
4. Adoption is finalized when the best-fitting home is found for Emily. If you have young children or other pets and everyone gets along, Emily will be able to stay at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period. If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized. Our adoption fee for Emily is $295.
