Hello Everyone. Diesel here! Pleased to meet you my friends. I am in need of a furever home.  Can any of you kind people help me out? I came from the south and Miss Susan in KY sent me north to find that special family who will love and take care of me forever. I am going to be a pretty big boy already and will be growing a lot more.  So, apartment life is not for me.  I would do best in a nice fenced-in yard with a family who will have plenty of time for me. I'm still very much a puppy and need a little basic training so that when I grow up, I will have manners.  I am in a foster home with two female labs and doing well. I like to chase things like squirrels and cats and I really like children but due to being a big and clumsy puppy, I would probably be better with older children that are a little bigger.   I've been to the doctor and he says that I am healthy.  I have all of my shots, I'm neutered and microchipped.  If you think I am the one for you, please go to www.allmuttsmatter.org and fill out an adoption adoption application, which is located under the "Adoption Info" tab on the left.  Thank you for looking at me and for wanting to adopt a rescue dog.

Application Process:

1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;
2.  All other applications that have been submitted on me will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);
3. Schedule a home visit; and
4. Adoption finalized when the best-fitting home is found. If you have young children or other pets and everyone gets along, we will leave the new dog at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period.  If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized.  Our adoption fee for Diesel $325.00
