Hi there! Andy here, hoping you will fall in love with my cute self. My foster mom and my mom both have called me Andy pants as it looks like I have a pair of brown pants on.  I am neutered and up to date on my shots.  I am a senior citizen and would like to have a furever home to retire in and be able to spend all day napping, eating, walking and playing ball. I do seem to have some skin allergies which are under control because I'm eating special foods and I will be going to a new doctor tomorrow.  Stay tuned for an update.  If I seem like the kind of dog you would like to hang out with, please let All Mutts Matter know by filling out an application at allmuttsmatter.org     and once the rescue gets your application, below is the process:

1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;
2.  All other applications that have been submitted on me will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);
3. Schedule a home visit; and
4. Adoption is finalized when the best-fitting home is found. If you have young children or other pets and everyone gets along, we will leave the new dog at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period.  If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized.  Our adoption fee is $150.00.
