Ray is a very sweet boy. He came from a hoarding situation. He was nt taken care of and he has lost one eye and is blind in the other. Once he learns his way he does well. He is good with people and most dogs but no kitties please. H is in a foster home where he does not have steps if one or two to go in or out I am sure he can be taught.  He has had a dental along with being neutered.
