Update:  Ginger is in town and what a fun and sweet girl.  She is a very young girl who gets along with people of all ages and dogs of all sizes.  Ginger is learning her house manners and is crate trained, has all of her shots, is microchipped, wormed and spayed.  When I think of the song "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" Ginger comes to mind. :-) We have discovered that Ginger can climb a chain link fence.  So, she can go for walks to do her potty business or in a yard with a stockade or vinyl fence.

Hi!  My name is Ginger and I became a Mom at a very early age.  Some kind ladies in Kentucky met me and my son Harley in a shelter and they asked All Mutts Matter (AMMF) to help us get a second chance to live and find famlies to love and cherish us.  They say I am kind, sweet, gentle and love people and dogs of all ages.  Well, AMMF didn't hesitate to say they would be glad to help us find a loving family and we are coming north on June 6.  Before I go to my new home, I will be spayed, up-to-date on my shots and micro chipped.  When I'm in my foster home for a few days, we will let you know more about me.  Our application process is below:

1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;

2. All other applications that have been submitted on Ginger will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);

3. Schedule a home visit; and

4. Adoption is finalized when the best-fitting home is found for Ginger. If you have young children or other pets and everyone gets along, Ginger will be able to stay at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period. If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized. Our adoption fee for Ginger is $295.00.
