Hi my name is Monticello and I am looking for my very own forever family. I am approximately 10 weeks old and my foster mom says that I am just the sweetest puppy ever! I was picked up by someone my foster momma called animal control from something she called a bad neighborhood. I wish I could tell them what happened to make my leg hurt so bad, but I only speak puppy and they can't understand that. Monticello's tibia was broken in two places, and by the time she was found it had already started to heal. Surgery would only make it worse at this point, and other than needing something for arthritis at an early age there is nothing else that can be done. Whatever happened to her also caused what appears to be inguinal hernias, but thee different vets feel like it is just scar tissue at this point. Her confirmation makes her appear bow legged, but that is just how she is built. We believe she maybe rottie/hound mix and will be a decent size girl when full grown. She is vetted age appropriate and will require a spay contract. Monticello is ready to put her past behind her and fill some lucky family's life with lots of love, snuggles and laughs for the rest of her life!
