Titus is wondering when his forever home will come. Titus is a sweet boy that needs a family that will understand his needs. He is about 1.5 years old and fully vetted. Titus has a neurological condition that is currently being treated with Prilosec. The specialist believes that he might have water on his brain similar to hydrocephalus. There could also be an issue with his cerebellum.  He can be nippy so his best home would be with children over 12.
